Operating Board of Directors
Board of Directors | Advisory Board
The Washington Center for Politics & Journalism has both an operating Board of Directors, to administer formal business of the Center, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt foundation and non-profit corporation, and an Advisory Board. The boards include journalists and journalism educators, plus a bi-partisan group of political practitioners and elected and political party officials.

2008 Board of Directors Meeting
Board members gathered in Washington at the Center's offices at The Watergate on February 14.  They adopted a $324,100 budget for 2008 and discussed plans for the Center's 20th Anniversary celebration in Washington Saturday, December 13. They also initiated discussion of long-term institutionalization of the Center's program, with a possible partnership with a larger institution, such as a university.
The Board's next annual meeting will be February 11, 2009
